April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaycan completed the 1st quarter of 2023 with profit of AZN 2.2 million.

ABC.AZ informs that according to bank's report, interest income for Jan-Mar 2023 increased by 43.7% up to AZN 8.3 million, and non-interest income by 9.8% up to AZN 4.3 million compared with Jan-Mar 2022.

As a whole, net interest income grew by 43% versus Jan-Mar 2022 up to AZN 7.7 million.

In the 1st quarter of this year, bank’s loan portfolio increased by 34.5% against the end of 2022 to AZN 235 million. Thus, consumer loans increased by 5.2% to AZN 48 million, business loans were equal to AZN 162 million. Real estate loans increased by 13.9% up to AZN 26 million.
