April 18, Fineko/abc.az. Buying housing in new buildings at the excavation stage is advantageous in terms of price. But you can't do without a headache here.

ABC.AZ reports that Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan’s chairman Vugar Oruj told about the risks that may arise when buying housing from the fund.

He believes the sale of apartments during the preliminary preparation for construction works is serious support for the construction company:

"This leads to the fact that the building is being constructed faster. As a result, implementation of business, the process of commissioning the building is accelerated. In fact, this is a very good option. So far, construction companies in Azerbaijan have actively used this option. Naturally, there are certain risks here. Because it is unknown whether the construction company will conduct the process to the end or the citizen will face some legal problems.

In such cases, citizens study the dossiers of companies. If the company has not had problems in the past, if it is a sustainable company with experience in completing the construction of several buildings in the country, they go through this process. But with new construction companies and companies whose past is not so transparent, it is risky to carry out this process. In many cases, citizens do not take such a risk. Usually people are cautious about buying a home in an unfinished building and do not take risks."
