April 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan imported 11,367 tons of meat for $19.259 million for Jan-Mar 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to State Customs Committee’s monthly report that compared with Jan-Mar 2022, country’s meat imports grew by 23% in value terms and by 24% in quantitative terms.

Over the past 3 months of 2022, our country’s meat imports totaled 9,162 tons for $15.675 million.

The price of 1 ton of meat fell from $1,711 to $1,694 (a decrease of $17).

Meat imports made up 0.48% of Azerbaijan's total imports for the reported term.
