April 12, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered 3,877 commercial organizations in the 1st quarter of 2023 (25.1% more versus Q1 of 2022), ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service (under the Ministry of Economy).

According to the report, 85.4% of them are with domestic investments, and 13.1% - with foreign investments. 80.7% of registered commercial organizations are registered in e-form. The share of e-registration of local investment limited liability companies (LLC) made up 93.6%.

According to the new registration method (PIN + mobile phone number), 509 LLCs with local investments were registered (76 LLCs more than a year ago).
