In Garadagh and Sabunchi districts, prices are about 2,000 manats. The average cost of land plots for cottages in the surrounding villages is 5,000 manats. Closer to the city center - in the Nizami and Khatai districts, prices range from 15,000 to 60,000 manats for 1 are. In Narimanov district, prices for 1 are are 80,000-350,000 manats, in Nasimi — 120,000-350,000 manats, in Sabail — 500,000-600,000 manats.
