March 28, Fineko/abc.az. Masim Mammadov has been appointed president’s special representative in Lachin district in compliance with the relevant presidential decree.

ABC.AZ reports that prior to his appointment, Mammadov held the position of Adviser to the Economy Minister.
Previously, he also held a number of high positions. Mammadov was also the head of the monitoring group, consisting of specialists from the State Service for Property Issues and AzerGold CJSC, investigating the illegal exploitation of natural resources.
