March 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Russian Federal Financial Monitoring Service – Rosfinmonitoring - has developed a draft federal law according to which transfers of individuals without opening an account will be limited to the amount of 100,000 rubles ($1300), ABC.AZ reports with reference to Rosfinmonitoring’s website.

"The draft federal law establishes the maximum threshold for simplified identification when transferring funds by an individual without opening a bank account in the amount of 100,000 rubles or a similar amount in foreign currency," the site says.

Last August, Rosfinmonitoring informed that they had sent their proposal to the relevant organizations to limit the transfer amount without opening an account. Then the Service proposed to set the amount at the level of 60,000 rubles.
