March 3, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan may ban the sale of apartments in uninsured apartment buildings.

ABC.AZ infoms that this is reflected in the annual report of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan for 2022.

The report says that the Ombudsman proposes to prohibit the sale of apartments in apartment buildings that are not allowed to be operated by the state admissions committee in accordance with the law, are not registered as private property in the state register of real estate and are not insured.
