February 28, Fineko/abc.az. 675,829 smartphones for totally $152.97 milion were delivered to Azerbaijan last year.
ABC.AZ reports the main deliveries were made from China - 407,908 smartphones for $90.28 million, Vietnam – 177,765 phones for $37.607 million, India – 88,325 phones for $24.709 million.
The rest of the smartphones were delivered from Switzerland, Malaysia, Thailand, Germany, USA and other countries.
In addition, in 2022, Azerbaijan imported 467,758 telephones for mobile and other wireless communications, which is 70.4% lower than in 2021.
In value terms, imports of these products amounted to $92.648 million (decline of 60.7%).
The main deliveries of telephones for mobile and other wireless communications were carried out from China – 270,369 phones for $53.4 million.
In addition, among the main suppliers: Vietnam – 144,899 phones for $27.1 million and India – 51,915 phones for $11.47 million.
