These buildings are prohibited on pastures

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. Shepherd houses, sleeping quarters, other cultural and industrial facilities (except capital buildings) can be built on summer and winter pastures, in accordance with the requirements.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the proposed amendment to the Land Code at a meeting of Milli Majlis.

The document notes that summer and winter pastures (with the exception of immature crops for green fodder on 3% of the area of winter pastures), grazing and haymaking are not allowed for use for their intended purpose. Legal entities and individuals must rationally use summer and winter pastures, grazing and haymaking, preserve vegetation, water sources, cattle herds, comply with veterinary and sanitary rules and other requirements.

Currently, the requirements related to construction are not reflected in the legislation.

The amendment was put to the vote after discussion and adopted in the 3rd reading.
