February 23, Fineko/abc.az. On March 9, the real estate located on the balance sheet of Gəncəbank (Ganjabank) liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ was informed at the ADIF that the property is located at the address: Ganja, Nizami district, Ataturk Avenue, house 254 (total area -72 sq m), Apartment #18-48-49.

The initial selling price of the property is 180,000 manats. 5% of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization in the form of a deposit. The purchase price must be paid at the customer's expense within 7 calendar days. Necessary documents for participation in the open auction: identity card of an individual, constituent documents of a legal entity.
