President has given new powers to Economy Ministry

February 20, Fineko/abc.az. New powers have been transferred to the Ministry of Economy.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the presidential decree on amendments to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.

Thus, in order to develop and implement the necessary measures to ensure the food safety of the population, the relevant Ministry of Economy will annually compile the food balance in accordance with the procedure determined by the Cabinet Ministers.
