ABC.AZ reports that the Bank established this premium in accordance with the results of 2022 and the profit received.
However, in 2022, the premium is 10% less than 1 year ago.
By the end of 2022, the Board of Directors of American financial group Morgan Stanley reduced the compensation package of bank's CEO James Gorman by 10% to $31.5 million.
As a result, the 64-year-old Gorman will earn $31.5 million by the end of the year. Of them, $1.5 million is an annual salary, $7.5 million is bonuses, and $22.5 million is a bonus paid by bank shares.
