January 12, Fineko/abc.az. According to Central Bank’s report, payment receipts in the sphere of trade, repair of vehicles increased by 52%, or by AZN 1.4 bn for Q4 of 2021 (versus Q4 of 2021) up to AZN 4.2 bn.
ABC.AZ reports that the largest growth was observed in the groups of sales of information & telecommunications equipment (3.3-fold), wholesale sales of food products (2.2-fold) and spare parts for cars (86%), while specialized and non-specialized wholesale sales (a rise of AZN 849 million) and wholesale sales contributed to the growth computer and telecommunication equipment (growth of AZN 101 million). The decrease was recorded in the groups of sales of goods for recreation and entertainment (-19%), retail sales in non-specialized stores (12%) and retail sales of motor fuel (-8%).
In the 4th quarter of 2022, the receipts of payments in the field of real estate transactions increased 2.1-fold (against Q4 of 2021) up to AZN 237.7 million. The private real estate commissioning and rental group contributed to the growth. In this group, there was an increase of 4.7-fold, or by AZN 158.5 million. The decrease was recorded in the groups of real estate transactions on contractual basis (-49%) and the purchase and sale of personal real estate (-6%).
