December 26, Fineko/abc.az. On January 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection will begin online sale of apartments in buildings located in the Ramana, Umid, Kurdakhani, Absheron and Samukh districts of Baku, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor.
The sale will be carried out through electronic portal ms.social.gov.az, developed by the Ministry. The portal provides information about apartments (address, number of floors of the building, number and price of the apartment, area, floor on which it is located, number of rooms, state of repair, etc.).
Apartments will be provided with an extract from the state register of real estate. The cost of apartments is determined by an independent appraiser in accordance with the law.
