Non-cash transactions grew 1.9-fold in November

December 26, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of non-cash transactions within the country increased by 1.9 times this November compared with the same month of 2021, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

Last month, the non-cash payments through cards amounted to AZN 2.5 bn. AZN 1.908 bn of non-cash payments accounted for e-commerce. Of the remaining amount, AZN 613 million were carried out through POS-terminals and AZN 2.4 million through self-service terminals.
In November, the non-cash domestic transactions with payment cards made up 47.4% of all domestic transactions with cards.
