December 20, Fineko/abc.az. The circle of persons not involved in compulsory state social insurance has been expanded.
ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the amendment to the Law on Social Insurance, discussed at today's Milli Majlis meeting.
Under the amendment, a resident of the technopark (including persons engaged in system integration, software development and development), its contractor and stateless persons and foreigners attracted for the purposes of this activity by a subcontractor who has concluded a direct contract with the contractor (for 10-year period from 1 January 2023) are exempt from payment contributions to compulsory state social insurance.
The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the 1st reading.
