Azerbaijan publishes non-working days for next year

December 19, Fineko/abc.az. The working time norm and the production calendar for 2023 have been approved by the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection from 15 December 2022.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry that the following days will be non-working in 2023:

January 1, 2 – New Year;

January 20 - Day of National Mourning;

March 8 - International Women's Day;

March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 - Novruz holiday;

April 21, 22 - Ramadan holiday;

May 9 - Victory Day over Fascism;

May 28 - Independence Day;

June 15 - National Salvation Day of the Azerbaijani People;

June 26 - Day of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan;

June 28, 29 - Gurban Bayrami;

November 8 - Victory Day;

November 9 - Day of the State Flag of Azerbaijan;

December 31 - Day of International Solidarity of Azerbaijanis.

In 2023, the days off for a five-day working week are January 3, 4, April 24, May 29, and for a six-day working week - January 3, May 29.

February 2023 consists of 28 calendar days, and the year consists of 365 calendar days.
