ABC.AZ reports that famous American investor Jim Rogers made such a statement in an interview. He noted that since 2009, huge debts have been formed all over the world.

Rogers believes that the upcoming period of difficulties could be "very bad", which should be a cause for concern. 
"We will have economic problems again," he said.
