AXA MBASK increases equity capital almost up to AZN 24 million

June 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani insurer AXA MBASK increases authorized capital.

The Company reports that its equity capital has been increased by AZN 4.2 million through placement of 10,995 shares with par value of each at 382 manats.

"Thus, AXA MBASK’s authorized capital has been brought up AZN 23.9 million," the Company said.
