October 20, Fineko/abc.az. The process of building a new overpass is carried out on the shift principle of operation.

ABC.AZ reports that Teymur Abdullayev, head of the Public Relations Center of Azerenergy OJSC, told reporters about this.

He noted that due to the drop in the water level in the Caspian Sea, the construction of a new overpass and a water pumping station was successfully carried out at the Sumgait power plant before the Severnaya power plant and gave its positive results.

The construction of a new water intake complex of Severnaya power plant is also carried out not by foreign companies, but by a local company.

Completion of the grandiose project is scheduled for the 1st half of 2023.
