October 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 9 months 27.505 million tons of oil were transported through the main oil pipelines in Azerbaijan (5.1% more versus Jan-Sept 2021).

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that 78.9% of transportation was carried out through the main export oil pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC), and in the first 9 months of this year 21.69 million tons of oil were carried through this pipeline.

During this period, BTC transportation reached 3.58 million tons of transit oil.
