July 29, Fineko/abc.az. The U.S. Department of State has published a report stating that the overall investment climate in Azerbaijan continues to develop.

ABC.AZ reports that during the economic recovery after the pandemic, the oil & gas sector grew by 1.7% and the non–oil sector by 7.2%.

It was stressed that the measures taken in recent years to develop the business environment and general reforms in the economy include the elimination of unnecessary categories of business licenses, the expansion of licensing powers of the ASAN Service, simplification of customs procedures, suspension of certain business inspections and reforms in the tax system.
