July 21, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish citizens are allowed to leave Azerbaijan through the land border, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan.
However, until 1 September Turkish citizens cannot enter Azerbaijan through the land border. Turkish citizens whose passport has expired can return to Turkey from Azerbaijan by air with a new generation identity card.
