July 15, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has appointed the head of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Facilities. 

ABC.AZ reports that Ilgar Abbasov has been appointed to this position in compliance with the order. By another presidential order, Abbasov was awarded the highest military rank of Major General.
