July 13, Fineko/abc.az. According to the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the US dollar rate remained unchanged at the level of 1.7000 manats. 

ABC.AZ reports that the euro rate decreased by 1.18% to 1.7060 manats and the Russian ruble rate grew by 3.33% up to 0.0279 manats.
