June 22, Fineko/abc.az. As of 31 May 2022, 21,379 people work in the banking sector of Azerbaijan (2,478 people or 13.1% more versus the same term of 2021).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Central Bank’s report that 152 people started working in the banking sector in May of this year, and from the beginning of the year to May 31 - 1,050 people. In May 2021, only 8 people started working in the banking sector.
