June 16, Fineko/abc.az. “The Baku-Guba road has become almost a place of mass killings. Every day fatal accidents occur in the part where work is carried out and cars are forced to move on the opposite side.”

ABC.AZ reports that traffic expert, lawyer Arshad Huseynov wrote about this in his Facebook account.

He recalled that shortly after the Baku-Guba road was reconstructed in the form of a concrete road, because of defects that occurred on the road after commissioning, countless accidents began to occur, significant damage was caused to cars and transported goods.

"Finally, the radical elimination of defects on the road has begun. In connection with the ongoing work, one of the sections of the road (the direction to Baku) was closed for a long distance, and cars on one side are moving on the opposite side. Appropriate signs have been installed, speed limits have been introduced, overtaking is prohibited, a line has been drawn in the middle of the roadway, etc. Unfortunately, even now fatal accidents occur and almost all of them occur as a result of collisions," the expert stressed.
