June 8, Fineko/abc.az. The railway administrations of the participating countries of the project on the creation of an international multimodal transport corridor, the countries of the Asia-Pacific region-China-Kyrgyz Republic-Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey-Europe have agreed on the application of benefits for freight transportation along this corridor.

ABC.AZ reports that the project envisages mixed cargo transportation from China to Europe: “Most of the cargo within the project is planned to be transported by container trains,” the Kyrgyz press reports.

Usubakunov reminds that in March 2022 a meeting of the railway administrations of the participating countries of the project will be held in Tashkent, the next meeting is scheduled for 29 June in Bishkek.
