ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this at the opening ceremony of the 27th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition "Caspian Oil & Gas 2022".
"I’d like to express my gratitude for the active participation of the governments of the countries participating in the Southern Gas Corridor - Turkey, Georgia, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania, and Italy. Taking into account new challenges and requirements, we are holding discussions with other potential gas consumers. But only our efforts will be insufficient for this. It is necessary to invest in infrastructure in Europe, in the construction of new interconnectors, and, of course, there should be an agreement on the conditions," President Aliyev stressed.
