EU was able to agree on partial oil imports from Russia

May 31, Fineko/abc.az. The EU leaders have agreed to ban two-thirds of oil from Russia.

ABC.AZ reports that European Council’s head Charles Michel wrote about this on Twitter.

At that, the embargo will temporarily not apply to the supply of raw materials through the pipeline.

According to Mr. Michel, the EU countries plan to reduce oil imports from Russia by up to 90% by the end of 2022.

In addition, the leaders of the countries decided to disconnect Sberbank from SWIFT.
