ABC.AZ reports that the list contains banks as follows:

1. Kapital Bank – AZN 7.5 million

2. Bank Respublika – AZN 4.1 million

3. Access Bank – AZN 4.1 million

4. Rabita Bank – AZN 3.1 million

5. Yelo Bank – AZN 2.3 million
