He noted that a new decision has been made. According to the mayor, the Cabinet Ministers is preparing a new regulation and the distribution of responsibilities is being carried out.

"There will probably be division of responsibilities between various bodies: the police, the Baku City Executive Power. The Baku Transport Agency will also start its activities in a new form. In any case, after the provision is ready, it will be presented to the public," Azizov stressed.
