PASHA Bank Georgia ends Q1 of 2022 with loss

May 4, Fineko/abc.az. PASHA Bank Georgia, PASHA Bank's subsidiary in Georgia, finished with loss the first quarter of 2022.

ABC.AZ informs that the loss is reflected in the financial statements of the bank.

According to the report, over Jan-Mar 2022 interest income of PASHA Bank Georgia amounted to 9.053 million lari (14.7% more versus Jan-Mar 2021), interest expenses - 3.972 million lari (13.2% more), and net interest income - 5.080 million lari (15.9% more). Non-interest income of the bank amounted to 1.546 million lari (17.1% more), non-interest expenses – 7.5 million lari (4.7%), net non-interest loss – 5.954 million lari (2% more).

The bank's net loss before reserves reached 873,000 lari (40.2% less).

PASHA Bank Georgia completed the 1st quarter of this year with net loss of 1.361 million lari (6.2% more against Jan-Mar 2021). Thus, in the first quarter of 2021 its net loss totaled 1.28 million lari.
