April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Hikmet Khammedov, who controlled 19.5% of the shares of Express Bank OJSC, sold his equity stake.

ABC.AZ reports that his stake was acquired by other shareholders - Energoservice LLC and Hafiz Seyidov.

In the end, their share grew from 21.6% up to 30.9% and from 9.8% up to 20%, respectively.

The remaining 49.2% of the bank's shares are still owned by Adecco Group LLC (48.8%) and the State Road Transport Service under the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport (0.4%).
