ABC.AZ reports that of the 20 companies, 6 increased and 12 reduced tax payments, of the 3 companies that did not pay taxes in 2020, 2 also did not pay taxes in 2021.

In 2021, the total net profit of Azerbaijan's insurers amounted to AZN 60.47 million (25.8% less than in 2020). Six companies that increased financial profit last year also increased the net profit. Nine companies whose financial profit decreased also reduced the net profit, 1 company that ended 2020 with a loss, 2021 ended with a profit, and 4 companies that made a profit in 2020 - with a loss in 2021.
