March 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Energy Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy has slightly lowered the forecasts on production of liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan in 2022-23, follows from the data of Department’s monthly forecast.
Next year the daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan will amount to 700,000 barrels, which is 10,000 barrels less than the previous forecast.
According to the forecast, the daily production of oil and other liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan this year will amount to 730,000 barrels, which means decrease of 10,000 barrels compared with the previous forecast (given in February).
Last year, the daily production of country’s liquid hydrocarbons was at the level of 720,000 barrels.
