ABC.AZ reports that the initiative to reset the external debt of Ukraine was made by the head of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine Valery Patskan.
He also revealed Ukraine's external debt.
"Today, Ukraine's external debt is 1.6 trillion hryvnia, or more than $57 bn," he emphasized.
