February 24, Fineko/abc.az. Samir Rzayev has been appointed a new vice-president of Azerbaijani air carrier AZAL.

ABC.AZ was informed at AZAL that AZAL president Jahangir Asgarov introduced new vice-president Samir Rzayev to AZAL’s staff.

Rzayev has been appointed to this post by a relevant order of President Ilham Aliyev.

Asgarov noted that Rzayev continued his education at the University of Durham in the UK after graduating from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He received a master's degree in Finance & Investment from the same university.
