February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Australian government is imposing economic sanctions on Russia.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced this on Wednesday.

He added that the sanctions may affect 300 members of the Russian parliament.

”Now we continue to impose sanctions on another 25 people, including military leaders, deputy defense ministers and Russian mercenaries who are responsible for provocative and unacceptable aggression, as well as 4 people who are engaged in the development and sale of military technologies and weapons," Morrison said.
