February 22, Fineko/abc.az. An increase in rental prices has been recorded in Baku for January 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that according to MBA Consulting Group, last month, rental prices increased on average by 7.93%.

The cost of cheap apartment rentals was 414 manats, the average cost was 708 manats, the cost of expensive apartment is 1,483 manats.

In January, the price of individual residential and garden houses decreased by 4.22%. The decrease in prices is linked with decline in demand for these houses in the winter season.
