Moody's warns about decline of dollarization of deposits in Azerbaijan

February 9, Fineko/abc.az. Moody's has made an appeal in connection with Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the rating agency, in the short-term prospect, the downward trend in dollarization will continue in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Peru and Ukraine.

Nevertheless, the agency warned that in Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus, bank creditors are mainly citizens who do not have financial protection and do not have income from borrowed currency, which is the main risk factor.
