February 7, Fineko/abc.az. Relevant works have started at the Tutgun field in the territory of occupation-liberated Kelbajar.

ABC.AZ reports that AzerGold’s chairman of board Zakir Ibragimov stated this at the annual reporting press conference.

He noted that step-by-step geological work is underway on this territory, appropriate measures are being taken to conduct research.

Speaking about the relevant work at the Filizchai field in Balakend, Ibragimov noted that the field is quite complex.

"Of course, we have attracted an international company here. It is expected that the field will be put into operation in 2025. It is planned to operate Filizchai deposit for 27 years. During this time, more than 1,000 new jobs will be created. As a result of the operation of the field, it is planned to receive billions of dollars," Ibragimov said.
