February 3, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Auction Center LLC will hold open auctions for the sale of real estate of AGBank (under liquidation) on 16 February, and Demir Bank and Zamin Bank on 23 February.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) that speech is about a residential building belonging to AGBank with an area of 220.3 sq m, located on Zahid Gambarov Street in the Mammad Emin Rasulzade settlement of Binagadi district of Baku, a residential building belonging to Demir Bank with an area of 91 sq m on Zahid Khalilov Street of Yasamal district of Baku, an uninhabited area of 220.5 sq m in the 17th quarter of Sumgait, owned by Zamin Bank. The property is valued at 210,000 manats, 121,000 manats and 320,000 manats, respectively.
