December 20, Fineko/abc.az. Veysaloglu LLC has announced merging of Veysaloglu-Yaycılı Qardaşlar LLC to it.

ABC.AZ reports that Veysaloglu LLC has been reorganized in connection with the merger.

According to the act of transfer of all rights and obligations, Veysaloglu-Yaycılı Qardaşlar LLC was transferred to Veysaloglu LLC.

As a result of the merger with Veysaloglu-Yaycılı Qardaşlar LLC, the latter was liquidated, and all rights and obligations of Veysaloglu-Yaycılı Qardaşlar LLC were transferred to Veysaloglu LLC under the transfer act.
