December 10, Fineko/abc.az. Public-private partnership related to the construction of residential areas will be developed in the liberated territories.

This is stated in the newly-signed presidential decree on some measures aimed to accelerate economic development in the occupation-liberated territories.

The decree also says that support will be provided to investors applying eco-friendly technologies in the liberated territories, creating "green growth" and using renewable energy sources.
