November 4, Fineko/abc.az. On 9 November 2020 Armenia signed an act of surrender, and the war ended.  

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made this statement when delivering speech at the opening of the 7th Global Baku Forum. The president noted that schedule for withdrawal from other occupied territories was also given. The Azerbaijani people will celebrate this historic victory.

"Armenia has destroyed all historical buildings, destroyed all public buildings, destroyed 65 out of 67 mosques. This is, in fact, a manifestation of barbarism, vandalism," President Aliyev underlined.
