Azerbaijani banks’ profit increased for past 8 months

September 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has disclosed data on the operating profit of banks for Jan-Aug 2021.

According to the CBA, over Jan-Aug 2021 Azerbaijani banks raised AZN 455.2 million, while operating profit amounted to AZN 644.8 million.

The CBA reports that in annual comparison the net profit of banks increased by 4% and operating profit by 11.9%.
