September 3, Fineko/abc.az. As of 31 July 2021 the volume of the asset portfolio of the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) in Azerbaijan on 35 projects amounted to EUR 1.128 bn, ABC.AZ was informed at the EBRD.

According to the Bank, this figure increased by 0.4% compared with the last indicator presented by the bank (May 31).

But the number of active projects has decreased from 36 to 35. It was noted that 78% of the portfolio (EUR 226 million) – investments in industry, trade and agribusiness, 2% (EUR 20 million) – investments in financial institutions.

The volume of the bank's operating assets in the country for Jun-Jul increased by 2.3% to EUR 1.009 billion.
