Baku Stock Exchange achieved growth on these indicators

July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The total turnover of exchange transactions on all instruments (except derivatives) at the Baku Stock Exchange for Jan-Jun 2021 amounted to AZN 8.3 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that this is 75% more versus the indicator of the 2020 same term.

Over the past one year the number of concluded transactions has increased 2.5 times up to 5,460. Government securities accounted for 62.2% of BSE's turnover or AZN 5.168 bn (74.4% more than a year earlier).

Over the reporting period the value of transactions on the corporate securities market decreased almost 5-fold to AZN 203.65 million and on REPO operations almost by 3.9 times to AZN 2.93 bn.
